Shaanxi Maiweier Hose Co., Ltd. was established in November 2010 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Kelong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Located in the middle section of Yongchang Road, Gaoxin District, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, it mainly engages in the production and research and development of high-pressure hose series products.As of the end of June 2023, the company has 139 employees, including 1 senior professional title holder, 1 intermediate professional title holder, and 6 personnel with various professional technical titles.
Our company's new project has been listed as a key construction project of the "1113 Project" by the Xianyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for two consecutive years. In 2012, we undertook the sub-project of the "Rubber Industry Base" special project of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Coordination Project.In 2015, the project was supported by special financial funds from the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Department of Finance for major technological transformation projects.The project has invested 230 million yuan, covering an area of 12.9 hectares (about 191.47 acres including levy and greening), and has built a construction area of over 60,000 square meters.
The project introduces a complete set of high-pressure rubber hose production line equipment from Italy, and adopts advanced processes and formula technology.The project products are the main components for high-pressure liquid transportation and liquid power transmission, with the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness, etc., which meet the requirements of GB/T10544-2003 and MT/T98-2006 standards.The enterprise fully implements a quality management system, and its technical management and product quality are at the advanced level of the domestic industry, widely used in coal mining machinery, engineering machinery, automobile and other fields.
After the completion of the project, our company will become a research and development base and production base for various types of rubber hoses and rubber hose assembly products.
In November 2015, the first phase of the project was put into production, and since then, quality verification and process assessment have been continuously carried out.Currently, the product quality is stable and reliable, and the output is steadily increasing.The second phase is for military rubber hose and assembly products, which are used in aviation, aerospace and important weaponry in China, and have achieved import substitution for some similar products.In the future, when the first and second phases reach full production capacity, it is expected to produce 10 million standard meters of high-pressure rubber hose annually, achieving an output value of over 300 million yuan, solving more than 300 jobs, and achieving profits and taxes of over 100 million yuan.
